Our Italian Conversation Classes

Do you wish to become more worldly? Are you interested in other cultures?

There is no better way to learn to speak a different language than through the art of everyday conversation. Our Italian conversation classes offer a relaxed, casual atmosphere in which to practice our skills amongst friends. 

Here at CIS, we are passionate about sharing this beautiful language and culture with the world. Come inside and join us as we discuss all the events of the week. There are no topics that are off-limits – let’s have a chat and practice. You never know what you might learn from others along the way – and we are all here to help each other improve and develop our skills.

If you’re looking to learn to speak the language in a fun and informal way, look no further. Our group is quite social, and you’re bound to make a few new friends along the way. You’ll also be guided by an experienced tutor, who will facilitate the group.

Our language school has been teaching the art of Italian for over 40 years. Based in the heart of Carlton, you will instantly be able to recognise our building with the array of flags waving from the balcony. There is street parking available, and nearby access to local public transport – with the city not so far away. Our centre offers a warm, friendly setting in which to learn all about this beautiful country.

If you don't have a lot of time, can’t make it to our centre in person, don't live in Melbourne or if you prefer to study from the comfort of your home or office, we also offer our courses remotely online – so no matter where you are, you will always be able to join us and improve your Italian.
